Last night I went with my friend Aline to the Academy of Shotokan Karate to watch her class practice their moves. The dojo is located in Lexington, SC and I was extremely impressed with the class and with the sensei! Karate is so beautiful in its discipline and philosophy. I love how significant every move is, and how it it focuses maximum impact and damage with such artistic beauty. If you ever have a chance to go to a practice and watch or participate, I highly recommend it.
