I’m speechless. In awe. Humbled. Amazed. So grateful. Elated.

Just a few ways to describe what I’m feeling right now during the aftershock of opening my email inbox this evening, and finding Whittney’s beautiful letter to me. Whittney – thank you so much for these beautiful words. They are what make doing this so much fun. I am so grateful to be able to meet such sweet, genuine, beautiful people like you.

Words cannot express how much I enjoyed working with you on the boudoir and bridal portrait photo shoots! First of all, your customer service is wonderful! You are very dependable, prompt, and such a joy to be around. Your almost immediate response to my first inquiry was very impressive! Out of all of my vendors, you are the only one that has not made me feel like a number. Even after you received my payment, you didn’t drop me or make me feel as if I was a bother to you. You more than answered every question I had from payment questions to make up tips! Customer service keeps business coming back and you have it nailed down!

Your help with the boudoir session was more than what was expected by far. I was running late and you helped me with my make up and then gave me the huge confidence boost I needed to make it through the session and produce some outstanding photographs. The quality of your work, your attention to detail, and your design technique is just flawless and it shows in my album. I could not be happier with it. It was a wonderful gift for my husband who still  cries to this day every time he opens it!

I am just as pleased with the bridal session photographs. There is no picture that is the same and you used every angle to your advantage. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed in front of a camera. Your personality is perfect for your job as a photographer! I have not only found my go to person for family photography, I have found a friend!
