All you have to do is help kids with cancer go to summer camp. That’s it.

Here’s the story: Gold’s Gym is holding an amazing event on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25th in Lexington, SC that is raising money for Camp Kemo, a weeklong summer camp for patients with cancer, ages 5–18 and their siblings. Staffed by physicians, nurses and volunteers, CAMP KEMO allows campers to swim, boat, hike, and simply be children.

The event hosted by Gold’s Gym is a fun, booty-shaking rush of adrenaline, as you can participate in a 100-minute-long Sube Dancing for $20 per person. There will be tons of door prizes raffled off as you exercise and shake your rump, and I’ve donated a photo session as one of the door prizes!

So let’s be clear – all you have to do is donate $20 for you to dance your butt off in a fun, amazing environment in order to get a chance to win a photo session by me. Yep. That’s it. 100 Minutes of SuBe! Dancin’ and Groovin’ for a great cause. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from the front desk at Gold’s Gym in Lexington. You do NOT have to be a member for this event. It’s for EVERYone. So come out and dance for some amazing kids!

Here are the goals of Camp Kemo from their website:

GOALS
1. Provide child with cancer an opportunity to spend time with other children like
him/her.
2. Allow child with cancer a chance to experience independence and develop
self-confidence
3. Repair and strengthen relationship between child and sibling
4. Provide atmosphere for siblings of cancer patients to exchange fears and
feelings
5. Give parents a week of respite from their child with cancer
6. Provide opportunity for staff and patients to develop a different kind of
relationship

Definitely worth $20, even if you don’t win a photo sesion, right?
